These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Spanish Chat, a WhatsApp-based Spanish learning service operated by Oranjy Limited ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spanish Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Spanish Chat provides Spanish language learning through WhatsApp messaging. Our service includes:

• AI-powered Spanish language tutoring
• Conversational practice sessions
• Personalized learning experiences
• Progress tracking and feedback

3. WhatsApp Communication

Message Frequency: By subscribing to Spanish Chat, you will receive:

• Daily Spanish learning messages (1-3 messages per day)
• Weekly progress summaries
• Occasional service updates and tips

Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Sending "STOP" to our WhatsApp number
• Contacting us at
• Using the unsubscribe link in any email communication

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share or redistribute our learning content
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Oranjy Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of Spanish Chat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

Spanish Chat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific learning outcomes or proficiency levels
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of all translations or language guidance

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oranjy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spanish Chat.

9. Subscription and Fees

Spanish Chat may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing and features will be clearly communicated before any purchase. Refund policies will be provided at the time of purchase.

10. Unlimited Plans and Fair Usage

When a paid plan is described as “unlimited”, it has no ordinary per-message or per-session quota for genuine, personal language-learning use. You may practise by text and voice as much as you reasonably wish. Unlimited use remains subject to these fair usage safeguards, which protect the service for everyone.

Fair usage does not include:

• Automated, scripted, bulk, or bot-generated messages
• Rapidly repeating identical or substantially similar messages
• Sharing, reselling, or providing account access to another person or service
• Using the service to test, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or materially disrupt our systems
• Usage that is clearly abnormal for individual language learning and creates a disproportionate technical burden

We may ignore repeated messages, slow or queue unusually rapid activity, temporarily pause automated or abusive traffic, or contact you where appropriate. These safeguards are proportionate, normally temporary, and are not an undisclosed daily message allowance for ordinary learners. If you believe a safeguard was applied incorrectly, contact us and we will review it. Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Spanish Chat immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• We detect spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity
• You use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• You create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
• You share your account with others
• You use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Your account shows unusual or suspicious activity

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may also block your phone number from accessing our WhatsApp service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
